the attention given to each customer was amazing. their speediness helped move the customers in and out of the store but not rushing them out at all. helped me choose a very beautiful bracelet when i just went in for a cleaning but it was all worth it. i will be back .

The sales associate, Natasha, who worked with me was phenomenal. She made sure I was happy with my selections. She also didn’t let me leave without answering all my questions regarding care of my new bracelet.

The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She was pleasant and professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions, and explain the concept and mechanics of the bracelet. I was highly impressed with her training, and plan to shop at this location in the future, as well as recommend it to family and friends.

The salesperson was very welcoming. She knew exactly where to find the piece I was looking for. I was in a rush and she completed the sale in a timely fashion and still wrapped the gift beautifully.
