The sales associate, Fernando A., greeted us cheerfully. He made helpful suggestions as we picked out charms and spacers to expand my wife's birthday bracelet. At no time was he "pushy", in that he never tried to get us to spend more than we wanted to.

I have been shopping there for the last five years, the sales representative who have been there that long know us and treat us like family when we come in. All the staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, but there is something to be said in being served by someone who know us and our quirks as the long staff do. From September to December we are there quite often, not as much through out the year.
