The customer service by the associate and her manager really great. They gave me a cold water some candy, answered all my questions. My locket bracelet broke, I am really disappointed with the quality of that bracelet from pandora, I will not purchase another locket they look beautiful but it doesn’t function very well it jammed I couldn’t get the bracelet off for days and when I finally did get it off it jammed again.
