The wait was short. Luis was nice and very helpful. He made my experience run smoothly.

Walking into Pandora, the shoppe was very pristine and clean and almost immediately a sales associate approached me. They tended to my problem quickly and helped me efficiently. And the product I returned was easily exchanged for new products that I love.

I thought I had put some charms in my shopping cart but couldnt find them. I describe them to the sales person and she found them all. She also was very informative.

She helped me find the most cost efficient sentimental charms and bracelet. I would definitely recommend this store and her as a sales associate. She also was able to assist while my child was a bit misbehaved so that’s a plus. She showed patience and great customer service.

i like going to the store in the day time on the weekdays. during the weekend there is a long wait. On the day that i went there was no wait time. The sales person was very friendly.

Pandora at Green Acres Mall Valley Stream NY 11580. Luis the Sales associate was the best he helped me select the jewelry's and suggested the best match on my rings. I received a lot of compliments at a wedding event I went to. Donna the store manager was extremely informative about my online Pandora account which I have been for 10 years. I would like to see these two people get awards and promotions.
