Even though there wasn’t an associate available to attend to me at that very moment, the assistant manager took her time to speak with me to get an idea of what I’d like ahead of time. She was very sociable, friendly, and patient. I appreciated her kindness and honesty.

The sales rep was very pleasant and asked questions about what I was looking for. She also clean the merchandise before giving it to me.

The staff was very nice, and helped me choose a ring I wanted.

I was returning a damage piece that I had return several time for damages, as it was birthday gift. The sales associate and manage was very helpful in making sure I was please with what I chose to replace the damage piece.
