As always my visit to the stores is a great experience. Someone is always available to assist or offer assistance. Customer service representatives are always knowledgeable and friendly. On this visit the representative walked up to me offered her assistance. I just walked in the store to browse what was new and of course I walked out with a purchase and she also took my bracelet and cleaned it for me.

The sales person was very helpful with what I was looking for. Also showed me other things to match what I had wanted. They all was very friendly in the store and made you feel very comfortable.

While all other associates were in a circle talking this one associate came around to help me while the others just stood there . There was no one in the store when I walked in and the ladies that were in the store just stared at me when I literally said I had to exchange something. They looked at me and kept talking . So the girl who did help me basically volunteered in other words and she was very helpful and friendly . The girl who helped me was not speaking in that circle .

I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in the store. The sales person was very patient with me as I changed my mind several times. Everything is on display nicely with themes .

The associated need more customers service training and also they need to be more friendly and try to convence customers to buy stuff
