This is my first pandora purchase ever, I had the chance of a no line that day and that is why I went in the store. I hate lines and standing on line especially when I am spending my money. The person who help me out was outstanding, patient, well mannered and professional. The manager of the store was also professional and knows his product and had good customer service skills. I enjoyed my purchased and love my new bracelet
