I felt my salesperson was very observant and listened to what I wanted and was able to assist me in my purchase.

Love going there even just to look at all the beautiful jewelry and all the way they are displayed, I feel like buying everything! All salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable.

Stopped at the green acres mall ( valley stream ny) location to pick up particular bracelet for Xmas gift. My daughter and I kept saying how organized everything was. From keeping all us shoppers “corralled” outside in mall within ropes ( I mean that in good way) to handing out catalogs.. to asking if we had any questions BEFORE we got inside. To making sure ya impatient ones didn’t block the entrance ( fire hazard. Who knew ? ( or gave it any thought) to the full attention of our sweet ( and pregnant )Sara. To the organized line to pay! Everything went smoothly and quickly. A Xmas miracle!!! Good job to whoever organized this so seamlessly

The organizing of the flow of traffic into the store is a great idea, especially for the holidays. The trainee at the entrance(not sure of her name)was very courteous. Julio, Cynthia and the lady at the register are a great asset to your business. Keep up the good work.

I am a visitor to the US and my friend took me to the store, the sales reps and manager knew her by name and warmly welcomed us. They were highly professional, courteous, and knew about the product taking into consideration the client's taste and style. I was very pleased with the service at Green Acres Mall.
