I purchased all of my Christmas gifts in my visit to the store. The charms look nice on the bracelets. There was sale going on at the store.

I was able to get my ring size, my wrist size, the charm bracelet I was looking for and a beautiful charm all at once. Stress free.

I was very please with the level of customer service I received while waiting on line even before entering the store. An associate greeted us with the booklet and offered a bottle of water as we waited. Danazha was very professional and patient. Even though there was a very long line due to Black Friday sales, I didn’t feel rushed. She gave me some suggestions and showed me how new charms would look on my bracelet. The supervisor; Melissa, was very pleasant as well as she walked around making sure all guests were taken care of. This is the type of customer service that creates long term relationships. I will be returning very soon.

The salesgirl, Cynthia No. 169176 was so professional In every aspect. Did not rush us , made sure we were completely satisfied with the items we chose. The store was so eye catching in the display of its merchandise.

Upon my visit I was greeted by the friendly staff who then assisted me in my search to find a pendant for my mom that I’ll be gifting her for Christmas.. I’ll most definitely be back!
