I was very satisfied because I found all my items on sale and they have also a very good quality on their merchandise.Also the sales associated was very helpful and friendly, she patiently help me with my entire purchase and she had a great attitude.

My sales associates Julio, was very helpful in finding what I needed,and ge take the time to show me some other beautiful pieces.

I was satisfied because Ms. Jenine was polite and helpful. Ms. Jenine helped me pick and buy the beautiful charm that I got. Also Ms. Jenine was Friendly and Courteous with me and my father.

I went in to Pandora to get a graduation gift for my daughter. I prepared myself for the graduation charms to be out of stock since I waited too long to get her gift. I walked in and spoke to Jenine about the probability of the charms being available. With a smile she said not to worry she had both available, grabbed them, showed them to me and asked if my daughters charm had solid pieces just to ensure the dangling pieces didn’t clash. She was very courteous, had a genuine smile and was knowledgeable!

The sales associate asked me questions pertaining to my interest to help me choose charms, he even went above and beyond to help me with my choices

The knowledge of the pieces,what would make a"pop"/"statement" to an added piece & most of all the patience they have with everyone.

Natasha went out her way to show me merchandise that I thought was not available. I couldn't make up my mind about the purchase of some items and she was very patient and helpful.

Store was very neat and clean, all merchandise is displayed very attractive, made me want to buy everthing!
