I made this purchase back in December didn’t realize the sizing on my ring wasn’t correct, I went in to exchange for a different size I totally misplaced my receipt. I was told by the associate that it had to be approved by a manager which is understandable, once the manager came we spoke told him what the issue was and he was very accommodating. I ended up spending more than I anticipated. The staff in this store is outstanding. The main reason I returned to this store was the way Melissa dealt with me back in December.

Purchased a bracelet at christmas time and went back to purchase an accompanying ring to match it. Found what I liked with the help of salesperson Jasmin at Green Acres mall store.She gave me her opinion without any pressure....definitely will be going back!
