The sales rep. was knowledgeable, kind and patient. She was very well versed in your procuct. She even had very good suggestions.

The service was done in an orderly and timely manner. The sales associates were very attentive.

This was my first ever visit to a Pandora Store. Although the wait to get into the store was somewhat long the sales assistant was awesome. I didn't really know the pieces. I just said that i wanted something in rose gold. And she chose the perfect piece.

My visit was the day after Christmas. My daughter and I had to wait on a line outside of the store which to my surprise moved very quickly and orderly. The sales reps were very friendly and welcoming which really made the visit pleasurable.

The associate were friendly, & helpful, and there was order especially on Christmas Eve during the busiest shopping season

Upon entering the store i was greeted and then asked if I needed help with anything in particular. Sales associate's were on point in giving good customer service. Furthermore i didnt have any issues waking in to leaving the store.
