I was looking for a certain charm, which this store had. The sales person was so pleasant when telling me they had it. She also made a lovely suggestion on how to place this special charm on my bracelet by giving it a theme name. She made me smile.

I went to the Green Acres Mall store and was treated like a queen. The sales Associated Danzha was so pleasant and helpful. It was a real pleasure. I am happy, definately going back soon.

This was the first time I have came into this store. I have just gotten into the pandora bracelet in July. Since then I have been going Pandora crazy. I was told pandora don't usually have big sales like that,but when I seen your had 35% off , I finally bought the gold bracelet I wanted. I went in the store knowing what I wanted. The staff helped me immediately and when my size wasn't there they helped accommodate me. Very friendly ,politeness and helpful. I walked out a happy customer
