I was not greeted when i walked into the store even tough one of the clerks was standing right there. The sales clerk that did help me didn’t even offer a fake smile. There were no other customers.

Great experience at the Acres Mall Pandora store. Sales associate was really professional and friendly with lots of patience.

It took about 10-15 minutes for an associate to come see us. I went in with a friend and we stood there waiting while two associates began taking customers who came in after us. I’m assuming they were under the assumption that we were not going to purchase because we are two young girl but they chose to ignore us when we walked in instead of greeting us and asking if we needed help. After an associate was about to take another person who came in after us, I told her we have been waiting for a while and not only did she give me attitude but she just responded with “okay.” And then she finally asked what we needed help with while still being disrespectful. She then only started being nice once I told her that we’re making a purchase.

I was highly satisfied but customer service can be a little confusing. Waiting for support was a little off.

We had to wait a while for service. Also, while the lady who helped us was very nice, she was not completely knowledgeable about things and I had to show her how to do a couple of things on the engraving iPad. Also, she started helping others on and off while helping us.

i was not highly satisfied because i was not allowed to use a coupon code in store. and the gift card i was given couldnt cover the cost of the entire purchase without that coupon code.
