Merchandise should of been on sale as online did not like the switch up in store to online

The wait time outside of the store was to long

Pay attention to the latches on the bracelets, it was very difficult to open, and because of that, I didn't get the bracelet I really wanted.

The wait time to get into the store is always very long and can be a deterrent if pressed for time. I ordered online as well but there definitely needs to be more staff on for the holidays.

My associate was quiet the entire time of me choosing what charms I would like on my bracelet. Just handed me a booklet and made me assist myself. Didn't direct me to any charms under the display box and just handed me the book. Wasn't intercating as much.

The Sales Associate Dehjanae was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Because of her I will single handedly recommend Pandora, I believe that she is an asset to your company. Also the manager on duty was also very helpful.
