I originally order my purchase online for a store pick and paid for my purchase only to get an email that my order was canceled. I had to call the store to find out why ,which they had in stock. They placed it on hold for to go instore to purchase very weird policy if it the only one of the item you can't purchase it online, even though it shows available if you purchase it your order will be canceled because it wouldn't be fair for a instore customer who wanted to purchase the same item that is what l was told. Thats unfair for someone who doesn't know the store had the only item. Pandora needs to be fair to both online customers and instore.

There was not enough Sales Associates… I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to assist me. Now that the holidays are coming I expected more associates in the store.

I came in knowing what I wanted the salesperson located it answer any question(s) I asked. I did not look for something to interest me or picking a few items before choosing. Highly satisfied to me mean with both of us work on finding something’s that interest me and with both of our judgement I came out very pleased.
