I can about a charm they said they had it but when I got their they did not have it I went 2 store for it.

The service was great the assistance I believe her name was Jasmine she did her best my only problem the price I saw on the bracelet was the price I got it for

It was not the stores fault that I was not highly satisfied the sales person Teresa who was awesome tried her very best I won in to purchase the moms room for Mother’s Day green acres store only had a size 6 on the size 7 she called the store in Queens on 71st and they were not very helpful that was the only downfall Teresa was wonderful very knowledgeable and explained every crashed and I had I went in there to purchase a gift for myself from my son and I ended up buying three other pieces just because she was so nice and helpful and attentive

Everything went smoothly but I didn’t get that highly satisfied feeling. Maybe because I was in a rush and had to get back to work on my lunch break.

The products that I wanted to purchase were not available at the store.

I placed an order online and it said it was really for pick up and when I got to the store the system was down and they didn't have the charms I wanted

Just wish they where a little more efficient when they notice new costumer’s come in. I just wish they acknowledge the customers a bit more .

The item I wanted was not available. Also the sales associate did not use a tray and I looked at numerous pieces and bought 3 pieces of jewelry.

All was well.I haven't had purchased item long enough to determine the accuracy
