The Initial entrance was not so friendly but as it progressed attitudes did change for the better.

Hello the first sales person was not friendly at all. When we asked for a chrams was told they didn’t have it. We didn’t understand why we could not get the one that was on the board that we pointed to. So we went to another sales person and got what ee wanted.

The wait is too long, especially for the amount of sales associates in the store. Attending to customers waiting should take precedence over filling online orders. RIDICULOUS!!!

Did not have my item in store

I was the only person standing at the door for more than 10mins. 2 sales associate were helping but once 1 was finished she ended up helping the sales associate with counting charms and getting stuff from the back. 1 taking down Christmas signs and the other counting charms. They all stood there and watch me wait. After 10mins about 2 more joined me. Overall I asked for what I wanted purchase and left.
