I was highly satisfied with the manager Ms. Alexis and the sales rep Shenille. They listened to my needs and helped me out. I am very thankful. However, I am not happy with the product quality. I went in store because the clasp was broken when I received a bracelet through mail. When I tried on bracelets in store, it seemed like most bracelets have faulty clasps. It fell twice off my hand. This is very disturbing.

The Associates take too long to long to process your products and don’t seem to be aware of whereabouts of merchandise.

In life’s experience there’s always room for improvement. However, I was taken care of professionally, the sales representative was helpful, patient and professional so then I did not have any issues.

After purchasing the new “Me” bracelet, I am disappointed that it only allows a limited amount of charms to be added. Moreover, the charms that can be added cannot be added spaced around the bracelet; but cluttered on two links.
