I was not acknowledged by three representatives while I stood by the counter waiting for service, They were engaged in personal conversation and two walks passed me without acknowledging me. Unacceptable customer service!

The associate who was working with me was patient and polite but she had to keep leaving me to assist a new hire and his client. And was moved twice because only one register was operating, so all associates had to use the one machine. That was frustrating. But the young lady that assisted me with sweet and apologetic.

I came to the store with a discount code and was unable to use it, however this was resolved after a 5 minutes wait by who I believe was a manager.

The store and its associates are always pleasant. It took me a moment to receive assistance but that is not their fault! There was a crisis in the mall that just occurred. They were excellent in handling the crisis and my purchase.

I tried to use my military discount in the store like I always do, the lady was not sure as to what website I can pull up the code, or to assist me in using my discount any other way than the code since it wasn’t working. She was very nice but I feel like she could’ve tried a bit harder.

Wait time outside store is too long, store needs more sales associates to accommodate customers because sometimes customers may want one thing and other customers are looking for pieces and are not sure, so express service is needed.
