The service was to slow

I think Pandora needs to hire more associates the wait time to get in the store is unreasonable. There was for associates but only to helping customers

The staff was knowledgeable and assist me in every way possible

i was completely satisfied with my purchase. i didn’t have any dislikes about my purchase. i will most definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.

I was satisfied didn't have any issues. The clerk was very helpful with my selection

They didn't have alot of the merchandise that I wanted so I had to pick my 3rd choice which was annoying because it was for my girls bday

Because of the pandemic there was a line outside. There were only 2 associates. If there were more associated we would not have had to wait for so long outside the store.

I needed a gift Bracelet shortened, or exchanged, but that was not possible. A bit disappointed. Had to purchase another to put my charms.
