Not highly satisfied not enough workers and had to wait in line for over 25 minutes

The time spent waiting outside in line was horrible. However the customer service was great

Line longer than usual.

Pandora had a Mother day sale on a bracelet kit but the sale was for the size 19 bracelet only. When I asked for a size 17 bracelet for my wife the sale associated explain at checkout that I have to pay more because the size is not included in the sale. I was very upset from the lack of transparency and how I was duped to paying more for a size smaller. I will not be going back to buy any merchandise from the company.

The wait was long but that is to be expected around holidays like Mother’s Day. I also thought to make the princess a little faster they could have gotten a sales person working outside being that the line was so long, probably could of cut the line in half. Some people weren’t sure what they were gonna get so that was a bust. Next time they should hand out books while waiting in line so they can pick what they want

The store was clean, service was good but the employees could found another way to please the customers without it being a long line
