Like the merchandise. Price is good. The items and the promotions are good at the right time.

The items I wanted was available. Anthony was very knowledgeable about the items and the price was good.

While trying to make a new purchase, the sale associate that was helping me was texting on her Apple Watch and not paying attention to my needs. So I ended up leaving with nothing.

Not enough sales assistance available. Workers were extremely slow. Seems like they didn’t want to be at work. Allison was very good she knew exactly what I was looking for made sure I was in and out in no time. The other workers were extremely slow

I had to wait on a line that was growing while the sales rep went to pick up food. Another rep left the store and when she returned, she went straight in the back, leaving only one sales rep. People were leaving the line after seeing only one rep in the store.

There were only two people helping and there were several people in the back we kept seeing come in and out as we waited for almost 30 minutes only behind 2 people. It was ridiculous.

I had a great experience. Only problem I had was I was charged for an extra charm that she put on my bracelet that I didn't ask for.
