The time waiting on line. Not compliant with the 6 feet rule online outside the store. Not quality protection inside store. Low grade shields.

The wait time outside the store while some of the worker was doing nothing only to person working I waited for hour and a half to go inside the store

I Waited in line for a hour because only two persons were working. The third representative was busy handling out water and I would prefer her helping a customer. I noticed a few customer wasn’t sure of what they wanted and that also poses a problem.

Unbeknownst to me I applied for a Pandora line of credit. The sales associate, Allison, was extremely nice and well versed on the merchandise. However she asked me for my drivers license to apply for a rewards card and I obliged (to be nice), silly me. When she placed the ipad in front of me I thought it was to complete the sale of the items I was purchasing, she asked my to enter in my SS#, red flag for sure, and I said this is like applying for a credit card, even my daughter said this is a lot of work for a bracelet. Allison walked away had a few words with another associate and then returned to where we were standing and asked for my payment. The process took so long I was ready to leave & didn't even realize I had no idea of the total nor had I paid. There was so much smoke & mirrors going on I was caught unaware. It wasn't until I checked my email a day later that I discovered an inquiry into credit report had taken place from an email alert. Luckily I have security freezes on file with 2 out of the 3 credit reporting bureaus. I find it very disturbing that Allison would put me through the process of applying for a credit card, lie and say it was for a rewards program!

I had to wait for about 20 minutes to be served. The sale representative was knowledgeable about the products. The store was very clean and safe for shoppers.
