The quality of the product thrower me off wasn’t Pandora nice and sparkling for the Valentine’s Day gift set. But the price was some what a reflection of the item I guess.

I actually went to return something but found out if you make a promotional purchase it’s non refundable. The way the item was written on the receipt, it did not state that it was a promotion so I wanted to return it. This is something that should be transparent. I would not have waited on the line had I known this.

It was okay ... the store Representative did not want to spend too much time. And that was a turn off.

There was a long line that I had to wait on before I could see a representative. I reviewed the catalogue while waiting. A few of the charms I wanted were not available. The representative showed me similar charms. There were only two representatives the first hour the store opened. More representatives arrived after that, which was helpful. I waited on line over an hour and my time with the representatives was about 15 to 20 minutes. At this time, I think more representatives should be available when the store in Green Acres Mall opens, especially on a Saturday.

It was more disappointment due to the fact that I couldn't get my bracelet and charms cleaned. However, I do understand it's due to Covid-19. I bought the cleaning kit and used it, but the results are not as great as when I get them cleaned in store. Nevertheless, this will not deter me from shopping at Pandora. #LOVEYOURJEWELRY!

The sales associate was not that knowledgeable of the products and what goes well with what for the bracelets. I have a bangle and she didn't know that a charm that I wanted would have fit or not. The person I had about 2 months ago at the same location was so knowledgeable I think I just expected the same from everyone. Overall she was good, not rushing you, or nothing like that, just her product knowledge was off.
