I understand the circumstances given what’s going on with COVID but this location had only two employees working in store and one person making sure everyone had a catalog on a very long line . I didn’t mind the line considering I got there early , but because of lack of employees it was extremely slow . I only waited because it was a gift for my daughter who really wanted a bracelet from Pandora . Otherwise the staff was extremely sweet and helpful .

I wanted to use the Afterpay or Klarna in store since the items I wanted to purchase was sold out online. I attempted to purchase online and pickup in store in order to avoid the 1 1/2 hour line. There should be someone asking if you either know what you want or are you purchasing a gift card.

Excellent service and the salesperson was knowledgeable. Friendly staff and clean environment and products was readily available. I was very happy because I got what I really wanted, I will always recommend pandora to friends and family

The wait time was extremely long, waited over an hour. During peak times they should have a sales associate assisting the customers on the line that’s waiting therefore when they get inside the store the transactions can be processed quickly.

What I ordered on line, was not delivered. So I I had to go to the store in the mall. Health reasons really prohibit me from standing long. There were two sales reps and a manager that was managing the two lines. Thank goodness for that manager who realized I was having trouble standing and brought me a folding chair.

i arrived saw the line - which had over 30 people waiting at 11:13 am on a friday. thats not a problem as we are in a pandemic. i join the line i wait around - it is now 1:30 pm - the line has barely moved. there are 4 associates. 2 working behind counters and one lady handing out books and claiming to pull charms . the fourth worker was only seen here and there ? what was she doing only waldo knows. at 12 pm i look in the store and realized that there was the same customer with one rep for over an hour? i lost it at around 1:45 ? and asked the manager why was this allowed? there is a line a ridiculous line of people ? i waited close to 4 hours for a gift . i only waited because of my family member. i was dehydrated and almost passed out due to lack of training.

The line in the stores was too long it took like forever to get in and buy something! However the associate claimed that it’s because of COVID-19 that’s why everything went off a little ask so since it had a snow storm that was an absolute reason as well
