Pandora Jewelry

I waited a hour in line and during that time only 3 people was working, I think in this holiday rush store cannot have all their sales associates come in at same time, that is what happen so standing for hour only to see 4 workers just arriving..

Well I know what I want, so I just show my picture and I was in and in no time I was out. After been in the line for a hour.

After speaking with friends of getting a Pandora bracelet I decided to go with my husband to find out all about the Pandora experience. This was my first time in any Pandora store. I was very impress with the sales person and her knowledge about all about Pandora and how and why it was create and decided to start my collection of Pandora shams.

No complaints just the long wait to enter the store. Employees were very pleasant and helpful.

It took a pretty long waiting on line

We spent over the $125 got the free bracelet but could only get in a medium. Will have to keep checking with the store for a large which is annoying. Was told that they only sent the stores mediums. During a pandemic who wants to keep going back and forth to the store. Also who wants to keep calling to see when the size you want is coming in.

The wait to enter the store, it opened at 10 am but they weren’t ready for a customer

The salesperson was very aggressive with her sales technique and was not friendly at all. Never smiled & was trying to force us to purchase extra jewelry.

The wait took too long to be seen. I don't believe the item I purchased was worth the price of it. Otherwise everything else was awesome.

I waited almost 2 hours on line to the charm which I wanted. Upon entering I made them aware of the charm I was looking for & I waited a bit because the associate told me they have few more left. There was none left after she checking multiple times & they ran out of it. I requested the associate while I waited on line for long time if they will be able to check on other locations or anything else can be done & as per her manager they were not able to do any of these rather than me checking back in store in a week or 2 which felt a bit disappointed.
