All the charms I wanted were available and the salesperson Tabeha is always friendly and helpful. She also convinced me to purchase a charm that also went well with my themed bracelet.

the associate offered help as soon as i walked in. i asked for time to look around on my own and he waited for me even though the store was empty. the associate also helped me find an item i saw a picture of online.

I love rose gold jewelries, I hope Pandora will bring more rose gold jewelries in the near future. I went on the web site and decided what I wanted before visiting the store, the store was clean and the sales associate was very helpful and friendly. I also had a $10 gift coupon which will expired today. I love those $10 discount. I hope Pandora brings in more selection before Christmas.
