The line outside of the store was pretty long. The wait to get inside was pretty long as well probably over an hour.

i went to exchange an item i pursched on line, amd used patpal for payment i was told by the suprvisor there that i had to call paypal instead, to get an exchange.

I was satisfied and I told her what I need it and she got it right away. She was kind and took her time and explained it for me and found what was ask for .

The only issue was the wait time to get into the store. I waited and hour and 30 min. Two associated went on break at the same time although there was a long line. The covering manager also took a break in-spite of the long line. There were two associate, who may have been new and were not fully trained. The staff overall was very nice and helpful. The new associates handed out books to all the customers waiting on the line. The management team should consider having those new associates looking for items and starting sale orders for those on the line. The store was clean and I appreciated that my sales associate Briana was very diligent about sanitizing the space after each customer. Briana was also very friendly and knowledgable.
