The wait was extremely long and there were only three employees of which were not present the entire time. However i was allowed inside the store before it closed to make sure i was taken care of which was good.

The wait outside the store was extremely long. Salesperson took a lengthy time cleaning after each guest. They need to hire a cleaning staff. And the merchandise display is very cumbersome..all over the store without prices displayed.

The line to enter moved very slow. People should be aloud to look around while you wait for an associate. Maybe do an number ticket system so customers can brows the store instead of waiting outside online. The store can hold more people and still allow for social distancing.

It was a too slow process . Long lines The employee wasn’t friendly at all ,felt like I was begging her to help me . I love pandora but the long lines and rude employees isn’t working . The store was clean . I like that .
