Not to say that I wasn't satisfied because I was. Just one little problem in which one of the charms that I wanted to purchase was out. I wanted to buy a set but there was only one left. Sales associate Marissa showed me something else in which a total of 9 things were purchased .2 safety links and seven charms. Once again thank you Pandora Jewelry in Green Acres Mall. And to my 3yr old daughter's new friend Grandma D. She says your the best.💋💋💋❤️❤️❤️

Great customer services . And sales associate was very attentive

There were a lot of charms and I wish they were in smaller sections. I think there should be more sections so it's easier to pick what you like.

Highly satisfied with the sales person was Excellent and knowledgeable Came for a specified Ring only to find out they didn’t have my size made other purchases but I really wanted that ring

Items that were on sale for a discounted price seems to be the original price, there was no real discount. Some items are just way to prices for a non-rose gold items. Hoping that discounts will be honored next time, the ones that come in the mail from Pandora.

The staff had me waiting for about 15 minutes before someone came to me. While you had people cleaning pendants and behind the counter not trying to engage with the customers.it was my birthday and I felt that I wasted a lot of time hanging around when I feel I should have at least been served in a timely manner. The only reason I don’t leave was because the charms I was getting was my present from my boyfriend.

I was satisfied.

There were not enough people in the store

Just a lack of urgency with customers they will leave you waiting for a while before they try to help you. Thankfully the representative who helped me walked out the back room and was more than willing to help me find exactly what I needed. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on the products I asked her for. 10/10 customer service for her - I just wish the rest of the staff was just as willing to take on a customer and help them.

I went into the store looking for 2 things. One of the items was a bracelet for my 3 year old , no success.You have children themed products , but no bracelets in children sizes. This was disappointing.
