I really like the quality of the product but the waiting time in the store is too long. The customer services need to be friendly, enthusiastic and caring for customer to feel welcome and return back to the store to shop.

The clips that i really wanted for my bracelet weren't the same that i actually purchased. Wish that there was a bigger selection.

Most of the items were not available at time of visit. Sales associate explained that most items were sold out. Limited choices added to this experience.

The wait was to long. Almost 2 hours standing in a line just to get into the store.. its the holiday's season, higher more people to work.

Maybe its just due to holidays but the line was long. Need sale items or less than 50.00 per charm.

Sadly, two of the charms I was looking for, they were sold out. The sales associate found a semi look alike but they weren’t exactly what I wanted; I only got one of them.
