Had to wait awhile to get through even though the store wasnt crowded.

I was highly satisfied

Customer service was excellent she also helped me decide on the charm and she also picked out a wonderful bracelet for me cause I fell in love with hers....(haha)

Prices are very high.

The experience was good not great.No one did anything wrong.

One I was happy to walk in and there was no line 2 I was happy I can tell the associate exactly what I wanted and she pulled it out right away give me the price 3 she ruined me up and I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes that's why I'm always satisfied

I have to come back the next day .to exchange the ring that i bought cause it has a missing stone .and they didn't had my size .i was very disappointed .the girl act like it was'nt a big deal she said just get a different rig like they didn't care about it

The charms for the bracelets are pricey

The sales associate should not leave poi out it should be stored safely immediately

There were so many beautiful items but I wasn’t shown them. Even though I explained what and price range I was looking for it seemed so difficult for a variety to be shown to me. Is it because $50-60 range is lacking?
