The reason for my return back to this store location was because my previous sales associate was rushing my purchase, & gave me a ripped receipt and when i called to speak with a manager for help he was being disgusting over the phone saying profanities and swearing on the phone. I called customer service and reported his tone. So when i came this visit the treatment was "very nice" and another woman had helped me and she was very sweet. I'd only come back to her

Because I had to wait to long for assistance. The pieces were not to clean. The associated were not too friendly!

I purchased bracelets and I told the assistance that the bracelet should be a little bigger. So i will be returning to that franchise for a bigger braclet. Ober all experience was ok.

the wait time is extremely horrible. i wanted to spend between $30-40 per charm and i was told charms start $60-65 then i get a free bracelet that broke. Also i bought a palm tree charm that broke also and couldn't be replaced. So i spend money on these charms and bracelets that break and it's like it's not even worth it. there should be more charms for reasonable prices especially it they break easily because me spending $60 on a charm and it breaks i feel dissatisfied.
