The person who was at the front should be enthsiatic in receiving customers. I am not sure if the time of the day was the factor. I was there after 6PM.

the sales associate was very friendly and decided to help me with the charms on my bracelet. however, she took the charms off my bracelet and put it on a tray that had other charms which did not belong to me. of course, she mixed the charms and i had to show her that some of the charms on the tray belonged to me. who knows, if i lost any of my charms with her because of the mix up. i still feel that some of my charms were not on my bracelet.

My sales associate was professional, well groomed, and polite, but she seemed very busy and I almost felt like I was bothering her by her reaction to me. I could be wrong. Also, I was looking for travel charms and there wasn't much of a selection.
