In this store the associates was very helpful and friendly. They were very knowledgeable of the items in there store. location is great

The salesperson was trying too hard to upsell I understand that is part of her job but she made it very noticeable. Overall she was very nice but not polished

Lazy staff to look for items i requested , all of a sudden was able to find my size after being told the size wasnt there . Was confused with the order of ring sizes considering she had rings inside and outside of the ring holder . Overall i did most of the job looking for items without assistance

The wait time to get in the store. I wanted to lengthen my bracelet and they couldn't I had to purchase a new one. There should be a way to trade up or down on the length of a bracelet not the charms.

The fact that the sales associate was trying to upsell and convince me to buy 2 charms for my wife when I specifically came for 1 specific charm. "since you are buying her the charm on today and she will see that you bought it today on valentine's day you should buy her 2". As to say my last minute gift won't be appreciated unless I buy 2.

I spent a lot of money

The service was excellent, a little busier than I’m use to for that location but overall it was okay. It took a little while to get someone’s attention for assistance, which is understandable, and the answer for my problem wasn’t what I expected. But overall I’m satisfied.

I asked for a 19cm rose bracelet and she brought me one. I triple checked with her if is a 19cm and said yes, but when measured at home It was a 18cm. Now I have nothing to do because I took it abroad as a present for Valentine's day and not going back to U.S. till next year. Pretty upset about that. I live in Bermuda Island and I can't change it because Is no Pandora store here ...only resellers....so they can't change it.

The associates were rude. Instead of helping customers they just stood around talking. Told you to wait to be helped and went back to conversating and you had to watch them finish a conversation before assisting anyone from the line.

The store atmosphere was inviting and pleasant. The sales associates were actually professional and helpful. I felt relaxed and unrushed. My questioned were answer quickly and knowledgably.
