My daughter purchased her first pandora heart bracelet with 2 charms before Christmas and lost it because of the cheap clasp. I purchased the same bracelet with a charm as a Christmas gift for her and i noticed the bracelet kept coming undone. 3 days after Christmas she lost it again. The clasp on the bracelet is cheap!

Most of the products were reasonably priced but the charm(Disney limited edition)I really wanted was Very overpriced,causing some disappointment. I purchased 4 items and thought maybe some kind fair compensation could have been offered.

my experience with my pandora online order is more upsetting than my experience in the store. I purchased my items on Nov 27th and only received half of my item while my other items are still processing. this is very upsetting because the items i wanted online were sold out in the store and more expensive. For the price of these items should compensate the delivery of them.

The sales associate was a trainee and no one came to her assistance with her which I think made the process slower than it could have been. She was very nice but had to look at the book for all the prices.
