The sales associates or management are not very friendly or welcoming.

The sales lady was very sour. Was not responsive when I talked to her

because i had a problem at the door with a costumer skipping the line

Had a little problem when I walked through the door

The sales associate was very helpful She was very pleasant She was knowledgeable

Sorry I was very satisfied with the store and the person helping me

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because some of the charms that I liked was a little pricey . They didn’t have any selection of retired charms. They did have a good selection of birthstone charms.

Salesperson was knowledgeable about charms i desired, as well as how to place charms on bracelet for an elegant look.
