I alive late therefore I wasn't able to look around like I wanted to. I'll get there earlier next time so I'll have more time to look around. I love the 40% sale you should do this more often.

The sales prices were not readily available to enable customers to determine cost efficient purchases. If prices are available, it would allow customers to make faster decisions to help expedite purchases and prevent long lines from building up.

no size 20 in any of the bracelets i wanted and all the charms I wanted were sold out. Couldn't even get my 10.00 birthday code to work.

first of all only 2 sales associates on a sale day. Secondly yhe wait time an hour.And last but not least letting customers jump the line because they had to go to work!!!!

Sales associate did offer assistance when I walked into store. Once I decided on the item I wanted to purchase her attitude was not friendly. I felt like I was a bother

I was surprised to have to wait as long as I did, considering that there were 4 sales associates working. None of the employees made any effort to say hello and let me (or other customers) know where we stood in order of being served. It was difficult to browse while I was waiting, because other customers were blocking the cases I would have looked at. My sales associate was very nice, and I appreciated the time she took with me, but I could tell she felt we needed to rush so she could attend to other customers who were waiting to be served. There was a promotion going on for a free bracelet if you spend $150, but I didn't know about it until I was almost done being helped, and I didn't want to spend any more time in the store to consider other merchandise. I just wanted to get out of there by that point. To be clear, none of this is the fault of the employees who were working that day. These are clearly management and corporate problems.
