Pandora Jewelry

Upon walking in the store I was not greeted. I walked around looking for 5 mins before the employees acknowledged me and that is only after another customer walked in. They continued cleaning as if I did not existed and that was so disrespectful. I almost walked out but remembered I wanted my charms

I like pandora, but sometimes I feel some items are poor quality

I know there is a virus out , how ever on a day like Valentine’s where was all the workers, having us join a line for two hours was not good people walked out the line wile waiting and it still took for ever you need better services on a day like that day .

I was ignored by the associates when I needed help with my purchase. The waiting to get help was too long. I would go back to the store for the variety of items but not for the staff.

The associate was nice. She did nothing wrong. But the wait time just to do an instore pick up was outrageously long. Their phone line does not answer. The store hours are not updated on the website. Just not a good experience at all. Again sales associate was very nice.

I placed an order online knowing the store would be mobbed. When I got to the store, there was a line outside, I walked to the door to ask about picking up and wasn't given the opportunity and told to stand on line. When on line, I tried calling the store. I literally saw the sales person with shirt hair pick up the cordless phone look at it and out it down. I stood on line for over 40 minutes to get a pick up order. There was only 2 associates working that day.

The item I came to the store to purchase was dirty the necklace had black stuff on the chain , there wasn’t another one in the store . They could care less . The wait was so long and they were so slow

Bracelet has been replaced twice and it’s been less the size months of purchase. Was told do not wear jewelry in bed or in the shower.

Sales girls was not interested to help us

I waited an hour in line outside the store. I was told outside 2 specific charms are available and when I finally got inside was told those charms are sold out.
