I felt rushed and didn't have a chance to look around the store we were kept at 1 station. I felt i lost out on showing my daughter everything that was available to purchase or seen for a future purchase

Overall service was good. The wait to enter was about 25 minites....Salesgirl was knowledgeable and was a great help. However, when i started to look at the items in the case she told me I could not move from the spot i was standing in. That due to covid i was not allowed to move from the cashier's service station. I understand maximum capacity protocol... but maybe there should be a "purchasing party limit" so that this is not an issue. I was alone but another cashier had a group of 4 people together buying an item..2 of the guests kept leaving and returning to the store, so at any given time the store was over capacity due to them. Maybe a 2 person purchasing group would be better than the feeling of being held hostage at the cashier's stand...some people do like to look around just a little....

The staff is clearly over worked and overwhelmed which reflects on the customer assistance. It was 7pm and the mall was closing and instead of helping efficiently together some were hiding in the back while others were dealing with customers.

The wait to speak to an associate is way too long. Out of a lot of inventory. They didn’t have any ring boxes.

The sales associate had to move around to locate Pandora pieces that I needed for a bracelet (Reflections), however, not all pieces were shown and I discovered this as I was walking out the store. There was a lot of lag/wait time with showing merchandise and there was no enthusiasm in the process.

There was only 2 staff at the location that I visited and I waited in line about an hour and a half before I could get into the store.

In short the lines were extremely long. No one enforced the 6 ft apart rules which was highly upsetting because noons was adhering to it even though stickers were on the ground. The lines were so long because at any given time there wer only three staff member working. If the fear is having too many shoppers in the store someone should me outside working the line helping shoppers who know what they want to purchase and are paying by card to move the process along. Especially on sale days.

While one customer was inside the store I was outside of the store waiting in line to be called in with about 7-8 others. One other associate watched and kept looking but continued doing whatever it was she was doing at the counter. Seemed she did not care how long we needed to wait to get in. She would look up , stare at you in the eyes and looked down and worked with slow motion organizing jewelry in a tray. I felt she ignored the fact that they were over 10 people in line waiting to get in Some walked off the line from waiting too long

The sales associate was mot very friendly at all she seemed uninterested she did not once aske why I was purchasing my item and just wanted me to spend as much money as possible. she seemed like i was brothering her when asking to see other selections i purchased my item by felt alighted
