The long wait in line was too much. There was a Senior woman ahead of me we stood in line for more than an hour she ended up having to leave by the time we reached the door because she couldn't stand much longer. There should be a limit on the time spent in the store during the Pandemic. Two customers were in the store for the entire hour only to come out with 1 bag.

I very was very dissatisfied with 40 minutes wait online to get into the store. I also did not appreciate that there were only two (2) sale associates to service the customers.

The sales associate that helped me wasn’t nice or welcoming.The costumer service I received from her wasn’t good, unfortunately.

I had places online order and my order was not found in system. Donna was great and helped me collect items. I had to do a brand new purchase but I had used a coupon online for 10% and was unable to receive same price as I had online . Very upset because was not MY fault my online order disappeared but I understand was not sales associates fault but I was upset as to that I could not get price adjusted as I was not at fault of situation . Only reason I bought it was because items were needed for wedding gift .

Upon arrival to the store no associate was available because they were assisting other clients. 15 minutes into walking in I saw associates which were on break came back and didn't offer assistance. I was in the store for approximately 25 minutes before I was ask if I needed help by someone coming from the back while other staff stood around laughing.

i went to pandora & as usual it was a wait..to my surprise their wasnt much customers but the staff look like they were busy doing their own thing..everytime i go to pandora is an 35-45 mins waiting..slow days bz days same thing..they need more staff

The wait to be serviced was extremely long. Only one associate was helping customers when there was a line of about 4ppl and we watched two other associates socialize.

i don’t think the sales associate was very helpful, i was almost scared to ask her any questions, she wasn’t very helpful. when i asked for charms she didn’t make effort to look for them.

They didn't have a bracelet in the size I needed. Stones was missing in a ring I purchased and they couldn't find my purchase in the computer system
