There’s no guarantee on some of ur products like the leather bracelets ... they say if they accept to exchange them everyone will do the same ?!!! The store in34 st Manhattan does guarantee all of their products...make me feel safe on buying.

I didn't like the fact that a shopper needs all these extra safe guard items for my charms. Why make a bracelet that would allow the charms to get stuck in a area where you have to break the bracelet to get it off. So that more money to spend so the charms don't slip in that area. I was not happy with that.

I’ve been to this store a number of times in the past year. I have bought at least 5 bracelets and over 20 charms as gifts and this is the first time I have ever encountered such an abrasive sales associate. There were about 5 sets of customers when I walked in and I was greeted by Ruthann R. I asked her about the teacher charm, which I didn’t know was discontinued. She replied “ it’s discontinued, is there anything else you need”? Her tone was very much rushed and ready to end the transaction. She didn’t offer anything else and was further annoyed when I asked to see charms that were about $50. Again she replied with an annoyed tone “ we don’t have anything at that price range; the charms are expensive”. Yes, I know! I had on one completed bracelet and another with 12. When I did find several at that price point, she refused to really help me. There was a glare from my glasses and the counter which didn’t allow for me to see the charms clearly. She literally said then perhaps you can’t make the purchase because we can’t take them out of the counter. I will NEVET return to that store. They’ve lost me as client.

The sale associate Jeannela A #223897. Was very rude and unprofessional if I didn’t need the merchandise I would have walked out of the store; I asked can someone help me with the bracelets she said they are over there, then I asked to see the charms she told me she can’t take them out of the show case so I can see the charms up close. I felt so disrespected I love Pandora and I never been told I couldn’t see the charms up close. Maybe she needs better training in how to deal with ALL CUSTOMERS

I came to pick up an order from online, but decided to add a ring to my purchase. The fit in store was a bit loose, but I didn't realize until I reached home that I was given the wrong size ring; I wanted a 10 but was given a 10.5. My receipt shows that I paid for a 10 when I didn't, and now I can't even exchange it at the store since they're out of stock in that size.

One of the store associates was Very rude to me when she seen that I was upset about an item I paid for not being in stock at Green acres in Valley stream NY . She was saying things that was not necessary and even threatened to kick me out of the store because she was upset that I was upset . I am waiting to be refunded for my purchase even tho I still had to purchase my item

The line to get into the store took a hour just to buy a charm Store don’t have charms that are online The quality of merchandise / charm bracelet is poor it keeps unlatching causing charms to get lost Tiffany charms are much better quality
