I started in line at about 930 and I didn't get taken care of until about 11 give or take. My first issue is if the store opens at 9am I couldn't understand why there was only 1 associate taking care of guest. The line was outrageous. And to be honest the guest was in and out. The other workers came in at about 10 1030.

I stood on the line for 3 1/2 hrs it was only 2 associates working in the busy time of the year we should have more workers to serve your clientele!

they did not give me one of the items i purchased but they took charge for it. when i got there to pick up the item i didn’t get they made me wait a long time.

Service wasn’t too great. Associate didn’t have much knowledge of merchandise.

Las tres personas que estaban atendiendo súper odiosas y antipáticas , vieron que llevaba mi pulsera para limpieza y enseguida una se puso en guardia y me dijo q debería esperar hasta q atendieran a todo el resto de la gente cuando yo era la tercera persona por atender … después entendí q como son ellas mismas las q deben hacer las limpiezas evitan atenderte para q ye canses y te vayas !

I was not able to use my coupon online or in the store. I received it in the and wanted to purchase me a birthday gift 🎁. Very disappointing.

Was not greeted the first time. Employee was standing at the back on her phone while others helped other customers but not once did anyone acknowledge that I was waiting for help. I browsed & left. Came back again & still. Waited about 15 minutes for someone to come out from back & ask if I needed help. I already knew which earring I wanted & she helped me check out. There was a lot of employees but not friendly ones.

The sales associate did not seem interested in helping me she even said an item was only $10 more when I questioned the price I also spoke with the manager about the faulty item I was returning it wasn’t much assistance there either

The sales girl was not aware of the charms that were in store. Telling me everything I pick was out of stock when I saw them in the display case. Another associate Donna started talking to me and actually helping more than the original salesperson. Then after spending over $300 she didn't put my charms in my bag. So I had to go all the way back to get them.
