I came into the store to return some items that I brought yhe day before the sale started. As I was repurchasing my items and scanned my card the machine shut down. My bank showed the money was taking out yet the machine didn't have a receipt of purchase. I spent 30 mins on the phone with my bank 2 figure it out.

I love pandora’s all design and everything as in earring,rings bracelet all of them. That’s why I love to go there. And always recommend to my frnds and all. But I am very disappointed nowadays because it’s been 2/3 or more months that I’m trying to exchange my ring because the stone came off, but every store I go they are like next week we have inventory can you please come back after next week. I mean are they doing it on purpose? Why they even kept that in the policy then. Its really dissatisfaction for me that im going this many times, and all of them are doing same thing to me! So it feels like swarovski is better store than pandora! Hope so you guys will improve in your service.

needed to exchange bracelet for bigger size reflections. i knew it was snug but girl insisted it was supposed to fit like that. too tight. went back to get next size up. the girl who helped me was new so not her fault, but the other girls (especially the one who sold me the original in first place, wouldnt take time to help her. kept taking new customers.. trying to send me to different store instead me doing return and having them ship to me. it took over 45 mins for transaction to take place.. ridiculous

There was no order on next person to be assisted, no one took the time to address me but yet when someone walked in after I was already waiting they addressed that person and I had to remind I was next in line, no friendliness and enthusiasm in taking care of me with my order, very sad worst experience ever, definitely will not return,

sales person was so rude and acted like she could not be bothered with me and my husband . we just stood around in the store just waiting for her there was only 4 people in the store a couple the other worker was assisting . For horrible attuite I will be returning the $135 ring I bought

It was graduation month, the sales associate said they had graduation charms but they can’t sell it until tomorrow plus there will be a sale going on . I go back and they don’t have the size of the bracelet , I settled for a 16 instead of the 17. Also the sale did not reflect on my purchases. The graduate tries on the bracelet but it was too tight. My son and the graduate went back to the store and they were closed but the website had a different closing time. Days later I go to another Pandora but they just closed, so I knocked on the door because the website had a different time, the sales lady looks at me and gestures with her hand that their closed and puts her head down and didn’t bother to look up as I continued knocking because I wanted an explanation why the store hours is different on the website. I left out of there annoyed. Then days later , my son and the graduate go to another Pandora but they wouldn’t honor to exchange the size because the receipt said 17in when the bracelet I have is a 16 so they told them to take it back to where it was originally purchased from. Finally the exchange was made from where I first brought it from.

La Señorita que me atendio tenia muy mala actitud, no estuvo disponible ayudar sus palabras fueron: "eso es lo q hay " si no busque online. Pesimo servicio. Mala actitud. Quizas por ser Hispana no me atendio correctamente. Aunque le hable en English no fue cordial ni amable. Deberian enfatizar mas en la atencion al cliente de esa tienda en especifico. Ya que mi tienda es la de Queens Center Mall y la atencion es excelente. Me encanta Pandora pero definitivamente jamas recomendaria la.tienda de Valley Stream, Green Acress Mall. Gracias!!
