The sales associate was very unprofessional, would not let us in the store to review items, when it was only two people in the store. Once we got in the store, there was no introduction on what was on sale or of any new items. You needed to know what you wanted otherwise no assistance at this store. Not customer friendly at all.

I never received my receipt. I called Vally stream store 3 days later to inform them I didn't receive my receipt. They hung up on me. I will be returning ALL MERCHANDISE I purchased!!! Not a good business practice of ignoring customers "AFTER" they purchased goods. Very dissatisfied. PANDORA MUST DO BETTER!!!

El producto es bueno uno se enamora de cada pieza de Pandora mi problema fue mi hijo Max Bolaños compro me dio el recibo y yo quise cambiar por una gif card y no lo quice cambiar por una pulsera 16 que no que ya solo tenían 19 y tarde como 50 minutos para hacer una fila Domingo La que me atendió sabía de los productos solo que la manager a todo era no no rotundo noo

waited on line outside the store for over 30 minutes with only 2 associates helping customers and 2 other ones doing who knows what. The associate that helped me was not friendly or welcoming and had an attitude. All of the items I wanted were not in stock and they could not figure out how to open the display case so I could have the display charms. I liked what I got but it’s not what I went there for. Never again.

Salesperson over charged me bye selling me merchandise I did not ask for. $315 & it was not put back on my card. That was a scam & illegal.

First I purchased this item online, I mistakenly ordered a incorrect item and it was labeled as the promotion so online would not exchange the free item although I could not use it due to the fact I have a classic bracelet and the charm was for the reflection line was, I was told online to try To exchange in store but it was not a guarantee, my problem is the charm is brand new it belongs to Pandora that was proven and literally at first there is question to its return because it was a promotional item uhm I do not care what the reasoning is there is no reason why this item which was $65 by the way could not be returned without issue??????????? I am utterly disappointed that in order for me to return the item I was first rejected by the the online representative and doubt at the store whether this item could be exchanged??? Again I do not care about the back work that needs to be done I am a customer that has spent enough money and also my husband buying gifts for me that I should have had no issue what so ever!!!! And on top of that the bracelet is just dingy after all the money I spent on charms and bought cleaner that does absolutely nothing to brighten it

The sale person was very rude and the manager you no different the last a sale because the sales girl didn't know the price of anything and she had a bad attitude.
