The sales associate was very condescending and was trying to convince us to get what she wanted vs what we already knew we wanted. She had a mask on and still talked about us in front of us to her manager and she kept looking at us with a terrible attitude. After waiting 1hr n 45 minutes to get into the store the last thing customers need is that kind of attitude. I wanted to exchange a bracelet for the size up and we were happy with the size up....she made us feel like she didn’t want to do the work like we were bothering her. Terrible experience!!!!

I understand we are in a pandemic, but i stood on one for 1 hour and 37 minutes. To get in and feel rush because it was close to closing time. I’m known in this location due to how much i shop there. The sales associate that helped me wasn’t as a attentive as she should’ve been. Donna (store) and myself said all i want is Mickey or Minnie charms. She so wasn’t paying attention that she was showing me Goofy charms. This was absolutely one of my worst experiences.

I waited 2 hours online! Representative wasn’t knowledgeable about availability items in store. They need better customer service, by taking orders outside the line if customers already know what they want to order!

Store was scheduled to open at 9AM. It opened 9:03AM. Only 2 associates available to help when it was 4 employees in side. I was 4th in line since 8:56AM. I didn't get serviced until 9:55AM. No sense of urgency for those who were waiting. But my sales associate Gianella D (204022) was pleasant and helpful.

The wait time to be attended was long. After having the sales person started helping me she was not aware were items were. Wasting my time. Everyone in the store talking to each other constantly instead of working. No one knows where items are. And two out of three items I wanted weren’t even available at the store.

I understand our current climate thereby requiring less customers in the store at one time but we waited on line for over 90 mins. The line wrapped in a snake like fashion therefore defeating the social distancing marks on the floor. If there is possibly a time slot or appt process, because of the sale I knew exactly what I was coming for. My whole purchase took no more than 7-10mins because of the sales persons knowledge and my preparedness. I wish it could have been completed as a pick up but online could not accommodate the bracelet upgrade option offered at the store.

The waiting time on line was over an hour. Once you get inside the store the sales representatives was very slow, excusing themselves to go to the back for long periods.
