The item I purchased was damaged and I realized when I got home that it was damaged and basically almost gone.

The staff member seemed to be avoiding me initially. I asked for help adding a charm and she didn't explain anything and misplaced a part for a moment. She had no enthusiasm for helping me find a new charm. I think I will try another location. This was my first Pandora visit. My bracelet and charms were gifts.

Too long wait because sales reps are busy having conversations with each other about shoes and not in any hurry to help customers one line to get in store another to pay for item very unpleasant

The wait time is toooo long, I showed the sales person what i wanted and was given the wrong item they looked similar, but not what i wanted.when i went to exchange ,again an extremely long wait and sales person again gave me the wrong item, which i brought to her attention. Not shopping at that place ever .

I entered the store with no customers present,I proceeded to look around while all the associates were grouped having their conversation. I am not sure if it's because I looked like I bum why I wasn't noticed.

The sales associate seemed to be very displeased with her job. She was not friendly nor helpful. When I was looking at the charms that were on sale, she asked was I thru because another customer wanted to look at them. How could the other customer look at the charms if I am STILL looking at them. My niece, who was visiting from South Carolina made a remark that the Pandora stores in South Carolina are much more friendly then in New York and the sales associate must not like her job. Every question posed to her took FOREVER. She was no help at all!!!

I usually frequent Pandora stores and always spend hundreds of dollars, but when I ask for a jewelry polisher I’m told they have ring it up, I have never been charged for this item and was always told it was included with my purchase just like the box and the bag

This was my first time and I didn't get a display of charms to look it. I was asked what theme I liked and the sales associate came out with 3 charms as opposed to giving me more options. She was not friendly at all. I'm not certain how customers are usually shown options, but going into a cabinet pulling out a few didn't allow me much to choose from. I wasn't interested her going back and forth, so I stuck with the third option she bought out. I felt rushed.

Sales associate was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Once I made my selection, she rung up the wrong item and got upset when I brought it to her attention. Never experienced this in ALL my visits to Pandora.

There were 3 associates talking in a circle. They all looked at me and my family and turned their heads, chuckled and then motioned for one of the ladies to go. No one said hello, hi, nothing. The associate reluctantly began to service me and I guess when she realized I was buying changed her mode of service. She became helpful, I guess. Also I mentioned that my existing bracelet needed cleaning and she nvr offered. Honestly I didn't push bc I was ready to go. Had it not been my daughters bday that week I would have gone to another pandora. I am educator with 19 years of experience. It's not hard to figure out the minds of others. A bit disappointing!
