The sales person unfriendly , didn't smile , seemed disinterested in helping me .

My Husband had visited the store to complete a warrant exchange for me as I was working. I am a previous employee of this extra store and was very unhappy as to how he was treated. He was given wrong information that he need a physical receipt to complete any exchange he had called me to confirm this information which I had let him know, was not true. He brought it back to the Sales lead Donna and let her know what the policies were. She continue to go back-and-forth with him for a while, eventually ended up doing it after he had mentioned, he was aware of the policies. Manager T and sales lead Nicole were both present, and did nothing to remedy the situation. As a former employee, I am highly disgusted as to how he was treated. This conversation was recorded!

Store leader took over the sale and dropped the charm whilst trying to put it in the box. She showed attitude when I asked to see the charm to see if it was damaged based on her dropping it and not knowing where it fell until another sales representative stated it was behind her which she was stepping on. She quickly showed it and stated that it can’t be damaged because there are no stones on it and proceeded to wrap the charm in the box. I was exhausted from traveling to the mall as I am pregnant so I didn’t address it any further because she seemed so upset and in a rush. However, her actions are really nerving to someone who may be dealing with anxiety as she was rushing and rude. To think that is the store sales lead, it’s quite surprising as I never had this type of interaction with any of the other Pandoras I’ve went to.

When we went to the store, all associates were laughing and cursing. No one approached us to ask if we need any help. We waited almost 15 mins and then we went to them to ask them to assist us.

My mother, sister and I waited on line for an hour. I’m not exaggerating. There were only two ladies working and for a store whose brand is jewelry; you can’t rush a customer to make a decision. With jewelry you need time and many people want options and to be able to see the options. Nobody wants to feel rushed because there is a long line outside and everybody is waiting. Whilst the associate was kind and great at hiding any possible feelings of anxiety at the line; it’s not acceptable that there were only two workers there. When I first signed up with Pandora I was sent a 10% off code (which is just the taxes barely taken off) and I attempted to use it and I couldn’t use it. Typically we gift each other charm sets for birthdays, special events like job promotions and the holidays. All of us were waiting to see if any loyalty sale would occur for frequent buyers but nothing. This year I delved into the rings as well because one of my close friends had been eyeing them all year and truly wanted the rings.

The agent made a mistake with the addition of the items, had to do two receipts. They all added to $356.00 and my daughter got a silver bracelet instead of the rosé gold. When we realized that, we took it back to a Pandora near us and they would not honor the promotion, even though the promotion was still going on. I RETURNED ALL THE OTHER ITEMS BECAUSE WE WERE TREATED WITH DISRESPECT! I will never shop at Pandora again!

Very disappointed service was horrible the price and the show case was different from the price I paid this store definitely need training on customer service I will never return to this location

I placed an order for gifts to give out to my sister for her wedding. I placed the order/ paid. the day of the wedding I received notice that both items are not in stock leaving me with the only option of now buying something in store twice the amount that I paid. No discount and a lack of empathy for what had happened. I left empty handed and nothing to give the braid and maid of honor. It’s a shame the quality of service I had. I wasted so much time all because the online stocking system is out of date. If you don’t have a product say that and save your customers time to try another location.

The line was extremely long outside the store and they were not enough staff available to assist and then staff were going on break while there was a lengthy line outside the store . I feel like pandora does not care about customers time

I ordered my items on line for in store pick up. I arrived at the store to pick up my items and had to wait 2 hours in line before meeting with a sale associate. This defeats the purpose of ordering on line to pick up in the store. I thought ordering online to pick up in store was suppose to be a faster process.
