I was greeted after 20 minutes of just standing there . I waited for over an hours to be seen. One of the associates kept looking over at me like I was somehow bothering her mind you I have a fractured knee and I was there hoping to buy something for my self feel a little better about my accident.She was with the ONE customer for over an hour and was in NO rush to help anybody else . After an hour the male associate came to help me with a nasty attitude slamming all the doors that they keep the charms in . I knew what I wanted I asked him for the samba bangle which he didn't even look and said no then I asked him for the Mickey Mouse bangle he started slamming all the doors to find it then told me it won't fit without even trying. I asked if I can get my other Pandora bracelet cleaned he took it and slammed in in the tray . ALL AND ALL STILL made a purchase only because I really wanted to start a Disney bracelet , but I WILL NOT RETURN TO THE STORE .

Sales ASAP were rude. Store opened at 12:30 on a Sunday. Then one of the 3 associates went to get food with a store full of people! She ignored everyone max ordered her food online at the store. No greeting from any associate . Just terrible service and unfriendly. If I didn’t have a gift card to use I would never have spent my money there

The associate! I ask for price answer I dont know, try to sell me earring w/o back PCs I have to give the solution, was more concentrated in her music not in me or the sell, worry for the line of customers because she wants to go home early it was only 7:20 pm , kayla green acres mall

I’m a first time buyer. I purchased $1,900 of merchant for Mother’s Day for my mother, my daughter and my self and since my purchases I’ve returned to exchange 95% of my purchases but was giving display items so I had to return for a 3 times because I didn’t realize until I returned to my destinations also returned items those items the ladies seemed like they don’t want to listen to the issues I’m having and just rushing me to find replacements just not a good experience I may just return items for good for my full refund.

Pandora store in Green acres is the worst. Theres always a line with only 2 staff members. I waited 45 minutes to enter the store. I had to exchange something, and they dont give you cash back for the difference. They wouldn't give me a store credit without the original receipt, but yet I had a gift receipt. I was obligated to buy an item. So dissatisfied!!!

My sales rep AMNEET KAUR couldn’t be more unprofessional. I went to the store hoping to find a gift set for my mom. I was informed that they were all sold out. However, she offered to help me find a necklace to match the earrings I had picked. Based on what she showed me, along with the prices, I decided to only go with the earrings. The representative quickly shifted her mood as if I wasted her time. As if buying $75 worth of earrings wasn’t enough. Having worked in customer service for over 10 years, I tried to understand her frustration over the (barely 5 minutes) of her time that I wasted and politely thanked her twice for helping me. She did not acknowledge me nor did she even tell me to have a great evening. All I’m saying is, I know the associates have the pressure to sell but, the also have to be kind towards people. You can’t presume my taste or the amount of money I have in my account available to make a purchase.

The sales associate tried to run my credit for a pandora card without asking me permission. The charms were not accurately priced. Couldn’t move around the store to see different items even though there only three customers in the store.

The associates took seemed to no care about the line ot the wait. They seemed to all take their breaks at the same time leaving on 1 or 2 associates working. No urgency to be of assistance

I was very disappointed. I had a new bracelet that was purchased for xmas. The clasp did not work correctly. I was not offered a replacement or exchange. The only solution was to spend more money for a security chain.
